REGISTRATION STILL OPEN FOR ICA's 2003 CCST CHIROPRACTIC CERTIFICATION IN SPINAL TRAUMA PROGRAM WITH DR. DAN MURPHY
It's not too late to register for the highly acclaimed Spinal Trauma Certification Program, featuring internationally recognized chiropractic spinal trauma expert Dr. Dan Murphy. This practical and highly relevant course features state-of-the-art updates on trauma neurology, mechanisms of vehicular accident injury, clinical trauma case management concerns, and documentation of clinical findings and care.
The first module is scheduled for January 18-19, 2003 in sunny Las Vegas, Nevada at the all-new Hampton Inn Tropicana hotel. Registration is open to doctors, CA's and chiropractic students; also to attorneys and insurance representatives when accompanied by a DC. Doctors already holding a CCST credential can take program modules at special CCST Refresher rates. Program and registration information are accessible through the ICA website at www.chiropractic.org. Doctors can also request registration information or register directly over the phone by calling ICA at (800) 423-4690 or 703-528-5000.
The complete program leads to credentialing for the Chiropractic Certification in Spinal Trauma (CCST) through the ICA Council on Applied Chiropractic Sciences. However, doctors may also take individual seminar sessions for continuing education credit and enhanced expertise in areas of special interest or concern. "The Council on Applied Chiropractic Sciences is proud to be the accrediting organization for this innovative certification program," said ICA President Dr. D.D. Humber. "The CCST program has provided countless participants with an incredible opportunity to enhance their knowledge and clinical skills with leaders in the fields of chiropractic practice, research and jurisprudence."
The ten-module chiropractic Certification program series is renowned for its special combination of research and clinical updates that provide a powerful combination of specific case management considerations and documentation challenges with spinal trauma patients. "This program offers attendees an incredible opportunity to enhance their knowledge and clinical skills along with their professional documentation and reporting strategies for improved patient care records management," said Dr. Jeffrey Buller, Chair of the ICA Council on Applied Chiropractic Sciences. "The curriculum is designed specifically to address the practicalities of optimal assessment, care plans, documentation and reporting strategies in chiropractic practice. The information in this program is up to date, relevant and extremely powerful!"
